The weekly apartments’ prices are now available for 2021/2022 winter season!

Ai prezzi di locazione va aggiunto, obbligatorio, da pagare in loco:

• Pulizia finale: € 50,00 per BILO 4, € 70,00 per TRILO 6, € 90,00 per TRILO 8 (per appartamento)
• Biancheria: € 10 obbligatoria (da letto e da bagno per persona a cambio) TELI DA SPA € 2,50 CAD;
• Tessera club: € 30 a persona, per settimana (a partire da 6 anni) per servizi di animazione, piscina, sauna & fitness (se tali sono in funzione);
• Garage interno: € 10 a notte per posto auto. Settimanale € 60;
• Culla: non disponibile, ma il cliente può portarla con semplice segnalazione.
• Cauzione: € 150 (verrà restituita a fine soggiorno in assenza di eventuali danni arrecati)
• Animali: sono ammessi. PULIZIA EXTRA € 70,00

Al Rododendro c’è anche il Ristorante:
E’ possibile usufruire di pacchetti promozionali Colazione, Mezza pensione:

• € 25,00 RAGAZZI
• € 15,00 BAMBINI
• Pranzo a sacco € 10,00

Il Residence è raggiungibile:

• in auto: A22 del Brennere, uscita Egna Ora, ss. 48 delle Dolomiti fino a Moena quindi direzione Passo San Pellegrino a 11 km.
• in treno: fino a Trento oppure Egna-Ora poi con autolinee fino a Moena e skubus, bus o taxi fino al Passo.
• in aereo: Aeroporti di Verona, Bolzano o Treviso, poi con autolinee fino a Moena e skibus, bus o taxi fino al Passo.

Gli appartamenti, tutti molto ampi, sono dotati di telefono, Tv satellitare e regolazione autonoma del riscaldamento.

Bilo 4: appartamento composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un salone con angolo cottura e divano letto per 1 o 2 persone e bagno.

Trilo 6: appartamento composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con letto a castello, un salone con angolo cottura e divano letto per 1 o 2 persone (nb. la cameretta è senza finestra) e bagno; balcone.

Trilo 6 sup.: a differenza del trilo 6 la cameretta è con finestra o balcone e dispone di un letto matrimoniale;

Trilo 8: appartamento composto da 2 camere da letto (di cui una senza finestra), salone con angolo cottura e divano letto, bagno e soppalco con 2/3 letti e secondo servizio (con lavabo e wc), non c’è balcone.

Extra fees for daily services have to be added to the rental prices:

• Final cleaning: € 50,00 for the 2-room Apartment 4, € 70,00 for the 3-room Apartment 6, € 90,00 for the 3-room Apartment 8 (for each apartment)
• Linen: € 10 required (bed and bath towels per person per change) SPA TOWELS € 2,50 per person per towel;
• Club Card: € 30 per week, per person from 6 years on. The Club Card includes entertainment service, pool, sauna & fitness (if the services are running);
• Internal Garage: € 10 per place per night. Weekly parking price € 60 for each place;
• Cot: not available, but the customer can bring his own with a simple notification.
• Deposit: € 150 (it will be returned at the end of the stay in the absence of any damage caused)
• Pets allowed. EXTRA CLEANING € 70,00

The Residence can be reached by:

Car: Take the A22 for Brennere, exit at Egna Ora, and take the SS 48 of the Dolomites to Moena. After continue towards Passo San Pellegrino for approximately 11km.

Train: Arrive to either Trento or Egna-Ora then by bus to Moena and then take either the ski bus, bus or taxi to the Pass.

Plane: Option of Verona, Bolzano or Treviso airports. Then by bus to Moena and after by ski bus, bus or taxi to the Pass.

The apartments are all large and are equipped with telephone, satellite TV and independent heating system.

Bilo 4: Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed suitable for 1 or 2 people and a bathroom.

Trilo 6: Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed suitable for 1 or 2 people (note: the bedroom has no window) and bathroom; This apartment also has a balcony.

Trilo 6 sup: Same facilities as the trilo 6 but the second bedroom has a double bed (instead of bunk beds) and window or balcony.

Trilo 8: Apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms (one without window), living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and mezzanine floor with 2/3 beds and second bathroom (with sink and toilet), there is no balcony.
